Space Cadet is an album written about my personal experiences with mental illness.

In the summer of 2019 I was hospitalized and diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder and Depression.

In Canada alone, 11 people die from suicide each day and 4,000 each year.* 1 in 5 Canadians are affected by mental illness each year** - odds are someone you know and love deals with mental illness every day.

I encourage you to take a stand, learn about mental illnesses, what you can do to stay healthy or improve your health and how you can reach out to those in your life who are affected. If you are affected, know you are not alone and never will be.

Even in the dark, there is light to be found.
